Burn application, and other effects. At 30 stacks, his S3 Dawnsplitter and defense consume all stacks to upgrade to Crack of Dawn.
His S3 applies 1-2 and his upgraded skill applies 3 turns of
Dawnherald to the party buffing
Burn skills with more damage and power.
Applies
From Dawnbreak to Sunset to [Sinclair] Dawn Office Fixer, giving him less staggers, a stagger protection, a free S3 from stagger, SP support, free shield,
Burn application when hit, and triggering
Scorchfield. Upgrades to
Blazing Sunset, which is a stronger version, when he dies.
When other Dawn Office identities stagger enemies or use their S3s or upgraded skills, he uses Flash of Sunup as a follow up attack.
He applies

(Does not activate if the said enemy was already Staggered Before Attack of the said Skill)
- At Attack End of the following Skills, use "Flash of Sunup" on the enemy they hit (prioritizes Staggered targets):
