Terms of Service

Effective date: August 11, 2026

Eldritch Tools is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Project Moon or the publishers of Limbus Company.

By using Eldritch Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the service

Eldritch Tools provides tools, databases, community features, and other services relating to Limbus Company.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Accounts may be created using Google or Discord authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through your account. You must not use another person's account or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

We may restrict access to accounts or features when necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the service and its users.

User content

Eldritch Tools allows users to create and submit content such as builds, Mirror Dungeon plans, collections, reviews, comments, encounter clear records, community assets, and other community content.

You remain responsible for content that you submit. You must have the necessary rights or permission to submit and use any content you upload or publish.

By submitting content to Eldritch Tools, you give Eldritch Tools the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and operate the relevant website features. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Eldritch Tools.

Content that you publish publicly may be viewed, copied, or otherwise accessed by other users.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates a problem for the service, or otherwise requires action to protect the website or its users.

Uploaded images

Certain features allow users to upload images. You may only upload content that you are permitted to use and that complies with these Terms.

You must not upload malicious files, illegal content, or content intended to harm, deceive, harass, or disrupt other users or the service.

Uploaded content may be publicly accessible where it is used by a public feature.

Eldritch Tools does not guarantee that uploaded content will be retained indefinitely. Uploaded files may remain in storage even after the associated account or database content has been deleted.

Community and realtime features

Eldritch Tools may provide comments, community content, realtime chat, multiplayer rooms, and other interactive features.

You are responsible for your behavior when using these features. Do not use them to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, or otherwise abuse other users.

Realtime rooms and chat may be temporary. Messages, room state, and other realtime information are not necessarily permanently stored and may disappear when the relevant realtime session or room ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service for illegal or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.
  • Circumvent access restrictions, rate limits, account restrictions, or other safeguards.
  • Use automated requests or other methods to abuse or excessively burden the service.
  • Upload malicious or unauthorized content.
  • Use community or realtime features for spam, harassment, or other abusive behavior.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit reasonable use of publicly available site content or tools, provided that such use does not abuse or interfere with the service.

Moderation and account restrictions

We may remove content, restrict access to features, restrict participation in community or realtime functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate access to Eldritch Tools when we reasonably believe this is necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms;
  • Protect the service or its users;
  • Respond to abuse or security issues; or
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that every report or moderation issue will receive a particular response.

Service availability

Eldritch Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The website and individual features may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may also depend on third-party services that are outside our control.

Realtime rooms and other temporary features are not guaranteed to remain available or retain their state.

We do not guarantee that user-created content, uploaded files, account data, or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

Third-party services

Eldritch Tools relies on third-party services to operate certain parts of the website, including authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, analytics, and realtime infrastructure.

These services are operated independently of Eldritch Tools and may have their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.
