Capote Scorch (Thumb Tremor Burn)The main idea of this team setup is to ramp the damage of 
Tremor - Scorch as fast as possible by stacking a bunch of burn potency and then using [Meursault] Capote for your ids that 
Tremor Burst to cash in. EGO other than [Meursault] Capote aren't entirely necessary but they can help with setting up or cashing in on your setup (see [Yi Sang] 4th Match Flame and [Ryōshū] 4th Match Flame). You can supplement 
Burn infliction with 
Tremor and vice versa. So long as you're bursting often while you have a decent stack going, then you're doing stuff right.
Initial setup just involves using Ryōshū's 
"Phantom Step [殘像步]" on the first two turns to sacrifice Hong Lu, Ishmael, and Heathcliff. Then you can pop [Ryōshū] 4th Match Flame and/or [Yi Sang] 4th Match Flame for faster Burn potency stacking. Then, at roughly 60-70 Burn potency, pop [Meursault] Capote to get a proper stack. Early in the fight, make sure a weak skill goes unopposed against Rodion and try not to 
convert to Tremor - Scorch as it'll make your bursts start consuming Burn count. Plus, you'll want to start doing 
Wrath res for [Heathcliff] The House of Spiders: The Thumb Apprentice's passive. This team as it's setup right now is pretty complicated in execution so you can opt for a simpler one that lets you field Heathcliff. ↓
Personally, I don't like this because his death gives a helluva lot of status utility, but it's really up to you. He is relatively Burn count positive before you've converted to Scorch and he has a higher focus on skill damage so he's better at taking advantage of EGO like [Rodion] 4th Match Flame for 
Wrath Fragility or [Heathcliff] Asymmetrical Inertia. With that being said, This strategy is much better on a team that does not use [Ryōshū] Blade of the House of Spiders. Replace Ryōshū for [Ryōshū] Lobotomy E.G.O:: Faint Aroma & Solitude, Ishmael for [Ishmael] Jeong's Office Rep, and Hong Lu for [Hong Lu] Liu Assoc. South Section 5 in case you do want to do this. This team is very simple so you can just field all the Thumbs plus the two premiere Tremor units and [Gregor] Firefist Office Survivor and be golden for the most part. Just make sure you don't deploy Hong Lu because he's only present for the support passive.
Also good for reflectrial because the original strat assumes you're going to 99 potency/count.
With [Ryōshū] Blade of the House of Spiders, it's very easy to eliminate your Burn stack; [Gregor] Firefist Office Survivor and [Faust] LCE E.G.O:: Ardor Blossom Star are barely enough to maintain a stack comfortably. Thankfully, you have a 2-turn grace period of dodging and murking your HoS units so you can get started on your Burn stack. I recommend you get familiar with which skills from the Thumbs are Burn count positive because Gregor alone sometimes isn't able to keep up with Ryōshū's Burn activations. These skills are:
S2 Triple Slash - Blast [爆] > +2 raw, +1 with Tremor - Scorch
S2 Respect the Thumb. > +0 raw, +1 with Tremor - Scorch S1 Colpi di Taglio > +1 raw, +1 add with 
Shin (心) - Disgrace S1-2 Sezionatura di Coniglio > +1 raw, +0 with Tremor - Scorch, +1 add with Shin (心) - DisgraceThere are also various ways to increase these count values like [Meursault] The Thumb East Capo IIII's passive, [Heathcliff] The House of Spiders: The Thumb Apprentice's support passive, or [Hong Lu] Liu Assoc. South Section 5's support passive.
There are some alternative IDs that are still viable but didn't choose for this build. They are:
BurnTremor in general, but you might need Burn count to compensate.Tremor ID not included due to [Ryōshū] Blade of the House of Spiders. Gives amazing Tremor count and bursts pretty frequently.
Gluttony but you lose 
Gloom and
