Scorch Propellant Ammo, which is only normally spent on his S3 up to 3 at a time. If his S3 spends at least 1, it gets an additional
Tremor Burst on the last coin. If it spends the full 3, it gains Base Power, damage,
Unbreakable Coin, and a second bonus
Tremor Burst on the last coin.
His passive lets him consume some
Scorch Propellant Ammo to give it to the earliest deployed ally that uses
Ammo when that ally goes below half their starting amount. He gives exactly the same amount that ally spent on the skill that brought them below half and can only do this once per encounter. His support passive does the same thing but gives them half their starting amount (max 5) instead of the amount they just spent.
