It increases damage taken from Middle identities and applies Sibling Vengeance Mark on the enemy with the highest stack, triggering other Middle identity Vengeance Mark effects on them.

Attacking enemies consumes their Vendetta Mark to gain Book of Vengeance [Sinclair], increasing his damage based on the stack and giving him 1 speed and Power Up at 20+ stacks.

His counter turns into his S2 at 4+ A-Reson or his S3 at 6+ A-Reson.
