Time Moratorium prevents the enemy from receiving damage for 2 turns (the current and the next turn), instead collecting all that damage to deal 130% of that total as
damage at the end of the 2nd turn. You can end the effect and get the burst damage early by applying another instance of
Time Moratorium whether from Rodya or from the other T corp. Identities.
When her passive is active, she gets a free heal if she has 16-20% HP at turn end. This does not work if she dies or drops below 16%.
When her passive is active, she gains Clash Power and reduced damage taken from enemies with
Time Moratorium.
