Generate ChargeCharge Count with his S1 (at less than 5 Count), S3, or defense, then spend 5-10 on his S2 for +2 Coin Power and 4 Defense Level DownDefense Level Down. At less than 10, he'll spend some HP to cover the difference.

Both his S2 and S3 inflicts PhotoelectricityPhotoelectricity based on his ChargeCharge Potency. This gives everyone bonus ChargeCharge Potency when they hit the same target for the rest of the turn.

Other Details

Gains 1 ChargeCharge Potency for every 10 cumulative Count spent, increasing his S3's ChargeCharge Count generation and giving it Blunt FragilityBlunt Fragility application.

Passive gives him HasteHaste and Clash Power UpClash Power Up with ChargeCharge Potency.
