Use him with [Heathcliff] Full-Stop Office Fixer. If both are fielded, his S2 and S3 can trigger Target Spotted giving Heathcliff a free use of his S2 as a follow-up to Hong Lu's target. The S2 has a 25% chance to trigger it per Reson (100% at 4 Reson) and the S3 is guaranteed to trigger it. His S1-2 is also used as a free follow-up skill if Heathcliff defends. If Heathcliff is in backup, both the S2 and S3 gain an extra Unbreakable Coin, turning them from 3-coin into 4-coin skills.

Starts battles with 18 Ammo Ammo. Each of his skills spends exactly 3 unless they end early. When out of Ammo Ammo, his coins spending Ammo Ammo don't get cancelled, but lose their [On Hit] effects instead. These are Poise Poise generation for his S1 and damage for his S2 and S3.

Defending at 0 Ammo Ammo changes it from an Evade to a Clashable Counter that triggers Reload Reload bringing him back to 18 Ammo Ammo once per encounter.

S2 and S3 both gain Base Power equal to the Ammo Ammo it's about to spend.

His S2 and S3 applies some debuffs. Both inflicting Bind Bind, S2 inflicting Attack Power Down, and S3 inflicting Pierce Fragility. His passive also gives him an additional Poise Poise Count every turn he's at 20+ Potency.
