Charge Count with his S1, S3 or defense, then spend it with his S2. The bulk of his Count early on will come from his S3 since his S1 doesn't generate much early in the fight.
His S2 consumes either 10 or 18
Charge Count. At 5-9 Count, he'll raise his Count to 10 to spend it, but in return he'll gain 10
Sinking and make the skill randomly choose another target (possibly an ally) and each coin will hit a random target between the two. Consuming the 10 Count will give him +2 Coin Power, and if he has an additional 8 Count remaining after that, he'll consume those to deal another +40% damage.
