Index/Full-Stop Extreme MD 60 Adversity

Essentially we're taking advantage of the fact that the Index identities [Yi Sang] The House of Spiders: The Index Nursefather, [Don Quixote] The Index Proxy - Effloresced E.G.O:: Procuration, and [Faust] The Index Proselyte: 【Paper Slip】 are all Poise and Sinking identities to create a Poise-Sinking Team. Adding two Poise identities(Full-Stop Duo [Hong Lu] Full-Stop Office Rep and [Heathcliff] Full-Stop Office Fixer) and two Sinking identities(Lobotomy Corp [Rodion] Lobotomy E.G.O:: The Sword Sharpened with Tears and [Ryōshū] Lobotomy E.G.O:: Faint Aroma & Solitude), we'll sink/crit our way through Mirror Dungeon Extreme with 60 adversity.

I would say the Index Id's are the only necessary part of the team while the remaining two Sinking and Poise identities can be any other choices but the team listed above is what I have primarily run and succeded at beating MDE 60 adversity. While the Full-Stop Duo could be switched out(in theory) the packs listed below are set with those identities in mind when doing the MD run. If you don't run the Full-Stop Duo, you might wanna change what pack you choose on Floor 3.

NOTE: The EGO's equipped on each sinner is based on what I currently have available. You can add, remove, or replace any you see fit.

The first two themepacks for this run will consist of the Automated Factory and The Unloving. Either can be done in any order, but both need to be completed to obtain the EGO gifts Haunted Shoes and Frozen Cries. This is to obtain Hoarfrost Footprint which will help with Sinking application and clashing.

Since we're running a half Poise team with the Full-Stop Duo ([Hong Lu] Full-Stop Office Rep and [Heathcliff] Full-Stop Office Fixer), this pack will be useful.

The main priorities are the Poise EGO gifts: Gear Shrapnel and CQC Manual.
The remaining Pack Exclusive EGO gifts are optional.

• Swift Command can be useful, but more often than not the fight will end before [Heathcliff] Full-Stop Office Fixer retreats.
• Implicit Contract Renewal and Equalizer become less useful the further into the run you go and the more EGO gifts you get, unless you're not grabbing Lunar Memory for some reason.
• Darkflame Smoking Pipe can help boost [Yi Sang] The House of Spiders: The Index Nursefather's clash power but won't benefit from the Pride Pierce Skill damage bonus (unless you give him a Pride Pierce EGO like [Yi Sang] Fell Bullet or [Yi Sang] Dimension Shredder).

The themepack I would recommend for Floor 4 would be Line 2, assuming one of the pack rewards is Bridle. On this floor, the chances of the mounting trials for the EGO gift being Clash Power Up, Final Power Up, Coin Power Up I, or Base Power Up power up are lower (but not impossible). Bridle is important for this run considering some of the adversities will be lowering the Sinners' max health, so whether you get Bridle on this floor or another floor is less important than the fact that you obtain this gift during the run.

If you can't get Bridle as a reward for the pack, then do Miracle in District 20 or Miracle in District 20 BokGak to obtain Jolly Plushie. To get Jolly Plushie, you'll need to obtain the EGO gifts Sad Plushie, Pom-pom Hat, and Huge Gift Sack to craft Jolly Plushie in the shop.

Since we're running the Index Trio on our team, we'll want to do this themepack sooner rather than later to avoid boss upscaling. Our main focus will be the EGO gifts Someone's Device and Providence of the Prescript.
Someone's Device will help boost our Index indentities via Gloom Power Up, Attack Power Up, and Power Up.
Providence of the Prescript will help with with Poise production and increasing damage.

Omni-tool is optional since it will become redundant later in the run (unless you don't grab Lunar Memory for some reason).

Recommended Floor Themepacks:
Floor 6: The Dusk of Amber
Floor 7: Line 2 or Miracle in District 20 BokGak
Floor 8: The Heartbreaking
Floor 9: Sunk Gloom or Sinking Deluge
Floor 10: Line 1

• The Dusk of Amber is to obtain Pink Bouquet, which will help with clashing (especially for the pierce Identities) and damage with Gloom skills (among other things).
• Depending on which pack you chose on Floor 4, you'll choose either Miracle in District 20 BokGak or Line 2 to obtain their EGO gifts. Remember: Bridle takes higher priority than Jolly Plushie.
• The Heartbreaking is for Refraction Glass Pod, which will boost damage on enemies that have Sinking.
• You can choose either Sunk Gloom or Sinking Deluge. Both packs give you Raincloud.
• Floor 10 can generally be any floor. I chose Line 1 for Snake Slough and False Halo.

Recommended Floor Themepacks:
Floor 11: Line 4 - Section #3 or Line 4 - Section #4
Floor 12: S.E.A. C.R
Floor 13: Efflorescing Greenery
Floor 14: Bridle of Infinity
Floor 15: Into a Certain Library's Book

Like Floor 10, you can generally choose whichever pack you want for Floor 11. I recommend Line 4 - Section #3 or Line 4 - Section #4 because they provide the EGO gift Anti-Ovine Grounding Plug. Chances are that past Floor 11, some of your Sinners are going to get hit, so this gift should help the unstaggered Sinners win clashes on the next turn by giving the enemies paralysis(unless the enemies have negative coins).

After Floor 11, you'll generally want to follow the recommended order I described above. For You Who Love the City is an optional EGO gift you can get at Bridle of Infinity, assuming the mounting trials don't screw you over during the run.

AVOID THESE FLOORS (Past Floors 11 and/or 12). The unbreakables either can or WILL end your run:

• N Corp. New League of Nine Littérateurs
• The Master of La Manchaland
• Blessed Carnival

While I haven't tried them personally, I wouldn't risk it. I'm sure there are more, but these are the ones I know are dangerous, and I haven't personally tried the other themepacks on later floors.
