Team Plan
This team is basically a mix of all the burn subtypes right now. After killing [Heathcliff] The House of Spiders: The Thumb Apprentice with [Ryōshū] Blade of the House of Spiders, Ryoshu now gets tremor bursts. With the burn count (Hopefully) from Yuna Faust, Salvador Gregor and [Sinclair] Dawn Office Fixer, you should be able to keep the 
Burn count up for the 
Tremor Burst proc's from Ryoshu and 
Tremor - Scorch's Tremor Burst from [Meursault] The Thumb East Capo IIII and [Rodion] The House of Spiders: The Thumb Nursefather (and Ryoshu if you killed Lucio). The 6th slot should probably be Thumb Rodya while the 7th slot can be either [Outis] Lobotomy E.G.O::Magic Bullet or if their isn't enough tremor count, you could use [Ishmael] Zwei Assoc. West Section 3 with [Ishmael] Christmas Nightmare. You could also use the id's in the Alternate Flex Slots but all of them are subpar for this team.

Um... with the new kit reveal's showing that the two new dawn id are in fact Tremor - Scorch, this team has just become a Scorch team with the dawn office tagging along ig. All this really means is that there's basically no reason to use [Ishmael] Zwei Assoc. West Section 3 or other tremor supports and you should always run magic bullet instead. This also means that you could run [Sinclair] The Thumb East Soldato II and [Heathcliff] The House of Spiders: The Thumb Apprentice for the max amount of Tremor - Scorch proc's possible, but that feels more like a thumb team than a burn team in my opinion.
