This team is my current take on the House of Spiders lineup. While solo'ing everything with Ryoshu is the main draw of this entire team, I decided to challenge myself with my usual teambuilding rules, and tried to spin a version of this team that fulfills multiple status and deals a bunch of damage, without the need to kill everyone and reduce your chances of losing a solo. Through a couple of iterations, several calculations, and continual testing, this is what I've come up with so far! Buckle in, because it's more complicated than most of my other teams I've written about.
[Ryōshū] Blade of the House of Spiders will use an evade for the first three turns while everyone else uses their skills as normal. It'll work out like this:
String Severance [絕緣] being at 1 stack from the turn before.During these first turns, either Yi Sang or Faust should use either of their skill 1's during this time, to ensure that the gluttony will activate Yi Sang's support passive. If not, this can be fixed later.
After that, you'll wind up with the final team lineup! This includes a mix of
Burn &
Bleed, with a splash of
Tremor for utility, and even some bonus damage from either
Tremor - Scorch or
Tremor - Hemorrhage.
Burn &
Bleed count, and applying
Spore will make maintaining burn counts a lot easier.
Tremor package, and will tremendously help out with
Bleed count after he applies
Fatal Wound.
Bleed. He's not the strongest, but he's still very self-sufficient in what he does.
Burn &
Tremor potency.
Tremor is very much a tertiary status in this team, but not to be underestimated. While its low count application across 3 IDs might seem unwieldy, it makes up for that with high potency application, making bursts from either of the Thumb unit's skill 3 raise stagger threshold by quite a lot! You could use [Rodion] Effervescent Corrosion to help maintain a stack easier, but I find that smaller bursts with higher potency work out in the long run.
Speaking of E.G.O., this team does not supply every sin affinty, as gluttony is off the table once the Index & Ring are off the field...thankfully, there is an easy fix for this.
By using [Ryōshū] Contempt, Awe, she will very quickly provide the missing sin resources with the amount of unopposed attacks she's throwing out, enabling the use of everyone else's E.G.O. in the long run. Besides the other E.G.O listed, feel free to fill in the missing spots with your favorites!
Whether you want to utilize more of your House of Spiders IDs, or if you get tired of going solo, feel free to try to this team out!
