This is one of the many examples of the ideal mirror dungeon speedrun team (ft. [Yi Sang] Fell Bullet)

This but in video form: (I linked it under this post)

For a TLDR from me, I will be explaining the usual strat I have been doing with this team, so you can get a bit of idea on how to run the team.

1. Preparation: You would want to have a Yi Sang id with [Yi Sang] Fell Bullet (preferably having pride defense skill such as [Yi Sang] N Corp. E.G.O:: Fell Bullet or [Yi Sang] The Pequod First Mate), at least 6 sac units (2x pierce weak ids) and at least 2 ids with defense skill (preferably or )

In this team, you can see, We have [Yi Sang] N Corp. E.G.O:: Fell Bullet with [Yi Sang] Fell Bullet, [Ryōshū] Liu Assoc. South Section 4 filling out 2 slots (sac: weak and ), [Sinclair] Blade Lineage Salsu filling out the sac and defense slot, the rest of them some have defense skill but all of them are weak for the most ideal gaming. All of the sinner have been equipped with their EGO, this is too maximised Torn Memory on the 1st turn for max performace. Most ids here are underleveled so if you have them fully maxed out then you have to pick other weak ids; if you don't have an underleveled id for that sinner then ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

2. Start: Usually, I would only pick Star of the Beginning (1) and Interstellar Travel (3) Grace buff. After that, I would pick Stone Tomb EGO gift. Remember to have Gift Search on so I can grab Grand Welcome + Sharp Thread and Needle (mandatory for the run).

3. The run: the pack choices here are very limited. You would want to pick Flat-broke Gamblers > Hell Kitchen > Hatred and Despair > Line 2 > Line 4 packs/Miracle in District 20 Bokgak/Line 3/TKT/Line 1 (I usually choose Christmas pack because it is just too easy and safe)

4. The strategy: You would want to select event node to try minimize the run time. For your first combat encounter(inevitable), you would want to select Yi Sang and at least 2 ids with defense skill. You would have to generate at least 2 resources and 1 resource after the 1st turn so you can immediately Fell Bullet on the 2nd turn. After that, you can bring 1 id per combat encounter to corrode fell bullet for quick clear. Until Floor 3, Hatred and Despair, you would want to select the entire team and proceed to turn 1 corrode Fell Bullet, the same for Floor 4 Line 2. I usually finish them in 2 turns, sometimes 1 turn if I'm lucky with EGO gift. For the final floor, remember to heal your Yi Sang to max SP (Fell Bullet corrosion on this floor might not hit all enemies).

5. The EGO gifts: here's everything to prioritise: Nebulizer++, Stone Tomb++, Clear Mirror++, Poise Rock, Bleed Rock, Pierce Rock, Devil's Share++, Value Disposal, Pierce Book. Only the first six things you would want to get, the others are optional but would make your run more comfy.

That's it for this example. This is just of many possible team composition using the IDEAL strat. My personal fastest time is 14 mins with this team, very cool.
