[TCTB] Bleed & Poise NOTE: Although this team is mentioned to be Bleed and Poise Team, there's still some little 
Rupture in it due to presence of [Ryōshū] Drifting Blade of Hongyuan and [Rodion] Heishou Pack - Si Branch. Rupture doesn't specifically deal an affinity damage but True Damage instead. So I don't think having some true damage breaks the flow, main theme of the team.
The team has [Yi Sang] The Ring Pointillist Student and [Rodion] Sanguine Desire to make it so you can play it as if you're playing a Bleed team. [Yi Sang] The Ring Pointillist Student alone is capable of carrying your Bleed count. This team is mainly built around newest Meursault E.G.O [Meursault] Shadow-vested Bladesinger [着影揮刀] and competent Blade Lineage IDs with some modern, good Poise IDs.
This team also can be used in Mirror Dungeons too. With Meursault's newest E.G.O you can turn [Meursault] Blade Lineage Mentor into an ID that "inflicts" Bleed
Support Identities are heavily changeable, I choose to put damage and heal supports majority of the time.
Team's playstyle is pretty simple.
Play around Poise with both [Faust] Thoracalgia and [Ryōshū] Thoracalgia to sustain Poise
Play around with [Faust] Blade Lineage Salsu's Unique Bleed 
Red Plum Blossom and [Rodion] Sanguine Desire combined with [Yi Sang] The Ring Pointillist Student
You also get assist defense for your allies thanks to [Ryōshū] Drifting Blade of Hongyuan and [Ishmael] LCD OSIR Team
You should pretty much be able to make this team work consistently.
