Very influential gifts, but not mandatory to get.
Hot ‘n Juicy Drumstick is good for maintaining burn count.
Tango Marinade is good for clashing. You don't really need to clash but sometimes it helps.
Sharp Needle & Thread is for damage, not mandatory but it is very good to have.
Contaminated Needle & Thread and Red-stained Gossypium is the only bleed inflictor ego gifts that you need.

!!INTERCHANGABLE WITH F4 WHICH IS FULL-SLOPPED BY A BULLET!!
Ashen Constellation's Blessing is a very good ego gift to tank with.
The Unchosen helps with getting sinking stack to the enemy since if you counter, they will get 3 sinking potency per hit.
Spent Use, Forming Hate is a good combo with sunshower heathcliff since you will lose sp if you get hit and you'll get 1 attack power up.
Trauma Shield is just there I guess, good for SP reduction but nothing else. Get it if its there, skip it if its not there.

False Halo is the single best EGO Gifts to give bonus damage especially in solo with giving damage for up to 108%.
Snake Slough Gets defense level up and offense level and have synergies with other defense level up gifts.

!!ONLY TAKE THIS PACK WHEN Bridle IS THE PACK REWARD!!
Bridle helps a lot with Outis tankability, making it a very strong ego gift to get
Metronome is protection and damage up. Good to have, but not mandatory.

!!ONLY PICK THIS PACK WHEN Sad Plushie IS THE PACK REWARD!!
The main EGO Gift in this pack is Jolly Plushie, and the fusion gift's of Huge Gift Sack.
The rest are good but not mandatory.

All the blunt are VERY IMPORTANT gift to get.
Shadow Bamboo Hat Helps with damage mitigation

ONLY CHOOSE THIS PACK WHEN YOU HAVE Emergency Investigator Badge AS A FLOOR REWARD, OTHERWISE SKIP IT TO NEXT FLOOR. If its F10, you will have to gamble then.
Other gift helps with damage mitigation or damage, or speed control.

More damage, infliction, offense level up, and defense level down for the enemy.
Modified Extraction : AEDD is only there if you have charge generation gifts.

Rules of the Middle is a floor reward that you'll get for free when beating Complete & Total Extermination. You'll get the much needed Coin power, and offense level up.
Unhatched Embers helps a lot with survivability, especially if you pick bad trials, bad packs, or high floor hidden bosses.
Contempt of the Gaze of Contempt is Line 3 specific and helps a bit for damage, so why not?
