I personally prefer to gamble and just go with Full-Stopped by a Bullet and get Gear Shrapnel, fully confident (baseless) I'll manage to get all the gifts I need for fusion in Miracle in District 20 BokGak later in the run. Don't underestimate the ego resource production of Implicit Contract Renewal either, it's like a better Child within a Flask.

If you fumbled getting the Ego gifts needed for fusing either ENTER: The B.B. or Enh. Tattoos - The Middle, go to Nocturnal Sweeping on Floor 6, then go to the rest of these four packs in any order from Floors 7-10.

Honestly just pick the one that shows up with the best/most convenient Floor Clear Bonus Gifts. I just like picking LCB Regular Check-up BokGak because I'm a sucker for collecting theme pack exclusive Ego gifts. The most sensible choice is probably getting Unhatched Embers from Line 3, especially if you've not managed to stack up all the Ego gifts and cost you need.

And just a reminder to finally BLOW ALL YOUR COST ON EGO GIFT ENHANCEMENTS ON FLOOR 10. ESPECIALLY if you have Rebate Token to avoid dealing with the consequences of Inflation.

Go to Line 3 if you haven't yet for Unhatched Embers, and A Midspring Night's Dream 2 if you have.

In summary, just pick up as many Bleed, Blunt, and healing/survivability Ego gifts as you can. Bridle and ENTER: The B.B. are requirements for a painless run, with Burn just kinda being a bonus given only three of the Middle members actually inflict it with their base skills. Set things up well and you won't even remember E.G.O. attacks are a mechanic you can use. Also remember that CLASH POWER DOESN'T INCREASE DAMAGE. Go crazy with stacking Clash Power Up trials and laugh as you set all counters for the entire fight. And a weird reminder that White Gossypium is somehow not actively a hindrance when running a Middle team.

(Most of the rest of this description is probably more appropriately considered a general MDE60 guide. I apply lot of the same reasoning for theme packs and Ego gift targets whichever team I use, from Ring to Heishou, to single keyword teams, etc, though it took me an embarassing amount of time to get to this point since I'm too lazy to watch a proper guide explaining the decision-making process of theme pack selection and such.)

I just made this for myself since I keep forgetting my own logic for picking gifts and floors. I keep getting to Floor 10 and realizing I forgot to get certain theme packs exclusive to Floors 1-5, or that I didn't get either Bridle or Jolly Plushie. Again. Gift Observation might change a bit, especially if I'm running a Tremor or non-Bleed team which affects whether or not I just observe Sharp Needle & Thread instead of Emergency Investigator Badge.

If you manage your cost well and always go for event nodes for abnormality boss battles, you'll wind up getting every regularly obtainable Ego gift anyways. I'll just take this chance to write down the personal rules for the shop.
The earlier you collect cost increasing gifts the better. Upon visiting a shop, I always try to remember to do the following (I forget to do at least one of these at a shop like twice in a run-)

• Fuse a Tier 4 once when possible to get a free tier 3 gift. (Tier 3 is acceptable if you're on the first 2 or 3 floors and don't have many options)
• Sell one Tier 4 or Tier 3 gift for the doubled sell value. (I usually sell Fragment of Allurement or whichever equivalent for the current run's keyword if I don't have a Brilliant Vestige)
• Use skill replacement as long as it's ANYONE on your active team.
• Spend until super shop chance is 100%, and save cost once you hit it. (I've lost on 99% too many times to count, I have better odds gambling on pulls...)
• Don't hesitate to sell out the shop even if the gifts aren't certifiably ideal. Owning an Ego gift just means it won't show up in the shop next time, making getting what you REALLY want much easier.
• Minimize Ego gift enhancements UNLESS you already have Rebate Token AND Renewed Merch to get the most out of your Cost
• The end goal is to have a store of upwards of 4k cost moving into Floor 10 to just pump into Ego gift enhancements before the Inflation Adversity hits on Floor 11
• By the point I reach the Extreme Floors I can usually fuse all T4 gifts until it becomes impossible to fuse any more

If you didn't get Sharp Needle & Thread either as a Floor Reward or through the event node, it is ABSOLUTELY worth pouring some cost into REGULAR refreshes to get it (save your free keyword refreshes until after you get it if you can help it.)
