Poise/Burn/Bleed for funsies ~ Prototype My shits and giggles Poise/Burn/Bleed team. The goal is to focus primarily on Burn and Poise, due to Ryoshu's scaling off those statuses mainly in her kit. The bleed also gets a little lovin, but less so due to later theme packs focusing on Bloodfiends + Bloodfeast, Ring team, Middle, etc.
You can also utilize many themepacks that have Pierce & Slashing gifts that are important for damage. You can also swap out MB Outis for someone else that inflicts burn with better clashing & utility, but she's essential for team damage imo because of DarkFire.
Make sure you put Yi Sang & Rodion as the first 2 back up units in case someone dies, you'll still be able to upkeep the bleed & poise gifts. Hong Lu is there for universal support passive. Everyone else on bench has some sort of Resonance support passive that you can activate with everyone on field. Try to get 3 Wrath and 3 Pride each time to activate everyone's bench passives.
Don't replace every skill 1 to a skill 3. The only one I can wholeheartedly recommend getting rid of all skill 1's is Ishmael's - the envy S1 doesn't do much. Faust, you want to try keeping skill 1s and skill 2s, having her 3 of lust skill 3 won't do much for you in the long term.
This is still just a rough build that may have a better iteration once the rest of the Nursefathers are released. Or maybe if the Walpurgis or Intervallo 9.5-2 releases burn/bleed/poise hybrids.
