On a real note, this team works rather well for what it is.
It maintains 
Bleed count well even without [Rodion] Sanguine Desire, albeit if you fight against an enemy with a lot of unbreakable coins you might need it. There is also Sky-clearing Cut which is amazing for potency as you can proc it every turn after you get enough 
Poise.
On the Poise side, this team is self sustaining besides [Faust] Shi Assoc. East Section 3. This is why [Faust] Thoracalgia is kind of required.
For [Faust] Shi Assoc. East Section 3, as not a lot of people seem to play her: You want to dispense her 4 
Arrow - Shi as fast as possible in order to inflict the full effect of 
Lodged Arrow. This overall takes (an unfortunately long) 8 turns to do so. As such use this only in prolonged battles, once you dispense your arrows then faust deals pretty respectable damage even by todays standards, along with the nerfs Lodged Arrow inflicts.
